Eval: You will not find too many running backs much better than Williams. He is not big, but uses that to his advantage. He is effective up the middle. He is hard to find behind the offensive line and when he hits a hole he does it with authority and explosion. He can make on cut an go, but he also has some of the best open field moves you will find. He has tremendous balance and keeps his feet churning and that combined with a physical running style makes him tough to tackle despite the fact he is not big. He has very quick feet.
