Senat is widely regarded as one of the top DTs in the state of Florida for the 2013 cycle. At 6'1, 310 pounds, he is known as one of the strongest players in the state, “I could have done more on the bench press, but I did alright. I was mixed up at the end. I can put up 550 right now and hope to get stronger before next season.
Senat plays both ways for the Indian's, but he is being recruited for DT, “I love playing on both sides of the ball, but I know my position is DT. I think that is where I am best.”
On the recruiting trail he is hearing from a bunch of schools, but does not have any offers, “I think Oklahoma is getting close to offering and I am talking to schools like Miami, Florida, FSU, Clemson, Tennessee, and Ohio State.”
What is he looking for from a college? “I just want to find a place that I can succeed at. I am confident in my ability and I want to feel like home on that campus. I take academics seriously as well and want to make sure that they have programs for me there too.”
Is distance a factor? “A little bit. But I feel I can go anywhere that I feel comfortable.”
