Clemson was the one Guillermo wanted and that is the one he acted on.
"I committed to Clemson one day after they offered me and I knew if they ever offered, I would be a Clemson Tiger. Clemson is the school I dreamed of playing for, so it was a very easy decision. I bleed orange and I cannot wait to play for them."
Before he suits up for the Tigers, he will put the Under Armour All-America uniform on a few more times for practice and then the game. He is excited about being a part of something like this prestigious game.
"I honestly just feel blessed to be here. Being part of this team, playing in this game really holds me to a higher standard.
"A lot of the top players in the country are playing in this game and I get to compete against them for a few days. It is exciting."
Guillermo saw quickly that competing against the elite was a little different than the average Friday night in Tennessee.
"Blocking these guys down here is more difficult. They are stronger, they have more moves, and I just have to keep competing," he said. "I have gone against some good ones in practice and I just trying to fight against them, learn, and get better for Clemson."
