Compton (Calif.) Dominguez cornerback Brandon Beaver had an eventful Tuesday evening, with rumors that he had committed to Washington making their way around the Twitterverse and web.
On Wednesday morning, Beaver let Scout.com know that he's not committed anywhere at this point.
"I want to make it clear that I'm not committed to Washington," said Beaver.
Beaver said he had two in-home visits on Tuesday evening, with Arizona and Washington, and by the time the night had winded down, the news had caught fire.
"I had an in-home visit with Coach (Rich) Rodriguez from Arizona and then Coach (Johnny) Nansen from Washington came by and they both talked about changing their programs," said Beaver. "I'm then on Twitter talking to my peers and the next thing I know, I hear I'm committed to Washington."
Beaver said that he still plans to take two official visits before making an announcement.
"I'm still visiting Oklahoma this weekend and Arizona on the 28th," said Beaver.
The U.S. Army All-American said he'll be announcing his decision on Signing Day on the Fox Sports West Signing Day Show.
