Marsh returned from his recent official to Utah raving about his experience.
"It was great. I loved the atmosphere and the snow," explained Marsh. "I really like the entire coaching staff, they are all really supportive. I also had a great host, Keith McGill."
The 6'2 and 175-pound cornerback said his experience in Utah was enough to put the Utes at the top of his leader board.
"Yeah, the Utes are pretty high on my list," proclaimed Marsh. "I also like how over the last five years they have put the most defensive backs into the league out of any school in the country, besides Auburn and this year will make it six."
Marsh discussed his eagerness to visit Washington State.
"I am excited and ready to get back to the snow. I want to go over the depth chart and find out about my major, which is kinesiology," explained Marsh. "About seven of their coaches came by today (Thursday). It was kind of weird to see all of them walk in the door together, but it was great that they all came by to see me."
For Marsh's fourth and final official he is headed to Hawaii on January 27th.
"Hawaii came into the picture on Tuesday when they offered me. It was really nice to meet all the new coaches," said Marsh. "I am excited I get to go to a vacation island and be with my god brother, freshman running back Will Gregory."
The other finalist in Marsh's final four is Washington. Marsh already visited the Huskies earlier this season.
"My god brother goes there, sophomore wide receiver Kevin Smith. We grew up together. He is my best friend. He showed me a good time when I went up there two months ago," explained Marsh. "I really like the program and the coaching staff."
When asked if he had his final four list in any particular order, Marsh said, "Utah is number one and Washington is number two. Hawaii and Washington State aren't in a particular order, since I haven't visited those programs yet."
In order to make a decision by signing day, Marsh discussed his criteria and what he is looking for on his officials.
"I am looking for early playing time, my major, and strong academics. I am going by my visits," explained Marsh. "I have decided to make my announcement on February 1st."
