Late last night, Missouri City (TX) Elkins wide receiver Chance Allen decided he had found a place to call home. “He (Allen) committed late last night. He committed to Oklahoma State,” Allen’s uncle told Fox Sports Next. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Allen chose the nationally-ranked Cowboys over Mississippi State, Oregon and Iowa State. Allen is scheduled for a January 27 visit to Eugene to check out the Duck program, but with the commitment, it may or may not happen. Allen was the team’s leading receiver with 52 catches for 892 yards and 10 touchdowns.
