Washington Feels at Home
Jordan Washington profile "I had a great time," said Washington. "We had so much fun. "My mom and my step-dad went with me. We would get split up from time to time when we would go to different meetings. Every time we would meet back up, my mom would tell me how much she loved it. "I loved it too. I loved everything about it." Washington reports that he was eager to learn more about the day to day activities of the players. "I had seen all of the facilities and all of that before, so I wanted to get to know the team," said Washington. "Preston Smith was my host and he showed me his dorm and everything else. "He told me that it's going to be a lot of work and it's going to be a lot of fun." Washington had the chance to learn more about what to expect on the next level from his future coaches. "I talked with Coach Wilson and Coach Mullen and I had a good meeting with both of them," said Washington. "Basically, I am going to play every position on the defensive line except for nose guard. "Coach Wilson said I might even play some linebacker. "They told me that they aren't sure about redshirting me yet and that is all going to depend on my development this summer. "Coach Mullen told me that he was excited about me being in the class and that he is ready for me to get on campus and get to work. "All of that just makes me even happier with my decision."
