Illinois OT Lands Offer From National Champs
Many of the major players in college football are after Logan Tuley-Tillman, and things got even more serious yesterday when the Alabama Crimson Tide offered the Illinois product. "It was real fun," said Tuley-Tillman early Sunday morning. "I just got back home. I met Coach (Nick) Saban, and he offered me. He had seen my film and could already tell that I'm ahead of my time. "I really like it down south. Alabama, Arkansas, South Carolina and Florida State are schools that have offered, and I'm interested." Tuley-Tillman's offer list is extensive. "Alabama, Iowa, Michigan, Florida State, Arkansas, Ohio State and Notre Dame all have offered and are among my favorites," he said. "Distance (from Illinois) isn't going to be a factor for me; my mom is probably going to move to wherever I go to college. The people in Tuscaloosa were the best. They were very friendly and humble. They were all saying, 'Roll Tide.'" Tuley-Tillman says he will take all five official visits and will announce his decision at one of the all-star games next year. "I'm not sure if I'm going to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl or the Under Armour game," he said.
