Ducksworth to Fly with Eagles

It has been an eventful ten days or so for Lelland Ducksworth. The one time Mississippi State commitment re-opened the recruiting process last week after backing off of his Bulldog pledge. After an official visit to Southern Miss, Lelland has decided to cast his lot with Coach Ellis Johnson and the Golden Eagles.

"I committed to Southern Miss," said Ducksworth via text message.

Lelland was one of several official visitors in Hattiesburg this weekend as the staff looks to close out the 2012 signing class.
