Big news will come in the next 24 hours, as Student Sports is set to announce the first six invitees to the 2003 EA SPORTS Elite 11 Quarterback Camp, where the nation's top 11 senior high school quarterbacks plus a 12th man will camp and compete July 23-27 in Southern California. Here is the second edition of the EA SPORTS Elite 11 Quarterback Tracker Top 100, featuring two newcomers this week.
