The Compton (Calif.) Dominguez cornerback, Brandon Beaver, picks the Huskies...

Compton (Calif.) Dominguez cornerback Brandon Beaver will follow his heart and is headed to his longtime leader, Washington.

Beaver picked the Huskies over California and Utah and numerous other schools.

He joins his Dominguez teammate, Damion Turpin, in signing with the Huskies.

Beaver was selected to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Brandon is in his seventh year with Scout.com, currently as the National Recruiting Analyst and West Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Scout Recruiting Team, he was a team recruiting writer.  He's been covering recruiting for the Scout Network since 2003.
