Arroyo Grande (Calif.) outside linebacker Seth Jacobs became the final Scout 300 prospect, that was to announce on Signing Day, to commit to a school.

The four-star outside linebacker picked Oklahoma State over Colorado and Arkansas at a press conference at his school.

Jacobs helped lead the Cowboys to the CIF-SS Western Division title in 2011.

He was one of four Arroyo Grande players to sign on Wednesday, with three other teammates all signing with Oregon State.
