Beach District WR Kwamane Bowens of Salem (Va Beach, VA)) pulled in another SEC offer.

Mississippi State was the latest SEC school to extend an offer to Kwamane Bowens of Virginia Beach, Va., Salem High. The Bulldogs join Vanderbilt along with Virginia Tech, Richmond, East Carolina and Boston College.

"I like Mississippi State. It offers a really good chance to play early," said the 6-foot-2, 185-pound wide receiver. It is still early in the recruiting process and this 2013 prospect's list is just starting to beef up. He expects to reel in more by the minute.

"I am also hearing from Ohio State and Illinois. I am hearing from Vandy, Miss State, OSU, Tech and Illinois most though."

Bowens is unsure if he can schedule any junior day visits at this time due to his track schedule. He recently qualified for states in the 55-meter dash. His time: 6.56.
