Raw Talent Sports: Jackson-Daniel
Nolan Jackson-Daniel was one of a few 2014 prospects that impressed at the recent Raw Talent Sports Combine in Cleveland. The Shaker Heights athlete also played well as a sophomore last season. "I had a pretty nice season last year as a sophomore," Jackson-Daniel stated. "I played mostly wide receiver, and I played in four games on the varsity. We had some nice receivers, so I felt good to break into that lineup." "Right now, the best part of my game is my strength and I have good hands catching the football," he added. "I want to work on running more precise routes and getting faster. I should be a starter next year, and I could be playing cornerback also." Jackson-Daniel certainly has the hip recovery and physical ability to play cornerback at the next level. Defensive back could be the best spot for this 6-foot, 175-pound, athlete. "I definitely want to play college football," he admitted. "I've seen some of my teammates receiving offers, guys like De'Niro Laster and Donovan Munger, and that's exciting. I hope to put myself in that same situation after this coming season."
