"I just try to make my own way by playing a different position and separate myself," said Zack Jones, the younger brother of Virginia running back Perry Jones.
Other than their last name, the two brothers have little in common on the gridiron. Perry stands at 5-foot-8 while Zack is a 6-foot-1 wide receiver.
"I don't see many similarities between us. He is more of a powerful guy and I am not a contact, hit guy. And I have better hands," Zack chuckled.
Like his big brother, Zack is a Division 1 prospect, something he credits Perry for. "He (Perry) basically had to get the hype himself, but now he paved that path for me, making it easier for me.Nebraska and UVa are giving me the most attention."
UVa is his first and only offer, and certainly a program he already feels a part of since Perry joined the program in 2008.
"I know all the players. Every time I see them they know me. I love UVa. They call my brother superman and me superman two."
Zack attended Uva's junior day, but was not ready to pull the trigger. He wants to explore all of his potential options and see which schools might offer in the near future.
"I haven't been to any other schools, so that is something I would like to see."
