"Weight lifting Monday through Friday. Speed and agility training Monday through Thursday and Mixed Martial Arts training."

"Size, speed, and strength. Bigger, faster, stronger."

"Lorenzo Melvin, Jarek Hilgers, Nick Farina, and Matt Young."

"Lorenzo Melvin, we have been lifting partners since our sophomore year and he is somebody I can always count on and off the field."
What are your goals regarding playing football in college?
"Play for a Division I school, preferably in the PAC-12."

"Colorado, Utah, Stanford, and San Jose State are schools that have requested information."

"Jaxon Hood, because of his strength and technique."

"Basha High School, good character and good sportsmanship."

"Bench – 325, Squat – 455, Power Clean – 315 40 – 5.15."

"Strengths – Leader, hard worker, team player, dedicated. Weaknesses – Sometimes my goals are to aggressive."

"Tim Tebow, because he is a winner on and off of the field and stands by his believes and works extremely hard to achieve his goals."

"Leadership is ownership."
