Adidas Invitational: Early Preview

Here is a look at some of the top talents expected to participate in the April 7 event.

The Adidas Invitational is the new incarnation of what was the Michigan Showcase and the Midwest Showcase in past years. The Maximum Exposure brand, lead by Curtis Blackwell and Chanterius Brock, has brought top talents from around the country together in the Detroit area for the past few years and this event, scheduled for April 7, should be no different.

Registration is not yet closed, but it is an invite only camp.

Expected Attendees:

Jaylon Smith	LB	Fort Wayne (IN) Bishop Luers
The nation's number one outside linebacker prospect will look to show that his 4.44 at the Best of the Midwest Combine was not a fluke and his ranking is spot on. Holds double digit scholarship offers.

Shane Morris	QB	Warren (MI) DeLaSalle
Michigan commitment is a strong armed prospect who is currently ranked as a 5-star and the #3 quarterback in the country.

Jon Reschke	LB	Birmingham (MI) Brother Rice
Michigan State commitment is a 4-star prospect who put up good numbers at Spartan camp last year as well as last week's SPARQ combine and will look to do the same in Detroit.

Jourdan Lewis	CB	Detroit (MI) Cass Tech
Michigan commit and an outstanding athlete who helped lead the Technicians to a state title last year.

Mike Rogers	WR	Fort Wayne (IN) Bishop Luers
A recent recipient of an Iowa offer, Rogers is an athletic receiver who will look to build upon that offer list and raise his profile with a strong performance.

Khalid Hill	TE	Detroit (MI) Crockett
Michigan commitment has good hands and will have a chance to show he has the speed and route running skills to be a real threat at the next level.

Christopher Worley	LB	Cleveland (OH) Glenville
A long, athletic linebacker, Worley will get to show his versatility by participating in coverage drills and 1-1s.

Kevin Gladney	WR	Akron (OH) Firestone
A nice sized target who already holds multiple BCS offers.

Aregeros Turner	RB	Akron (OH) Copley
Has three scholarship offers already, and is a track guy who will get to show some of his speed and athleticism, as well as pass catching ability.

Steven Elmer	OT	Midland (MI)
Notre Dame commitment has been competing all off-season and is one of the most athletic offensive linemen in the entire Midwest.

David Dawson	OL	Detroit Cass Tech (MI)
Michigan commitment has always been a great combine performer and will look to continue that here.

Cameron Dillard	OG	Canton (MI)
Dominant run blocker with an impressive offer list will look to show that his pass protection has improved since last year.

Dennis Finley	OT	Detroit Cass Tech (MI)
Big, 6'7 offensive tackle has come a long way since we first saw him and now has multiple offers.

Kenton Gibbs	DT	Detroit Cass Tech (MI)
Holds multiple offers and quickness off the ball makes him tough to deal with both in-game and in a combine setting.

Delano Hill	S	Detroit Cass Tech (MI)
Has several Big Ten offers and has good size to go along with good ball skills.

Berkley Edwards	RB	Chelsea (MI)
Ran high 4.3-low 4.4 at the Silverdome over the Winter and holds several scholarship offers.

Corey Willis	CB	Holland (MI)
Great athlete and high school quarterback will get a chance to try wide receiver and cornerback at this event.
