Williams is still in Philadelphia but no longer at West Catholic High.

"I transferred to Imhotep (Institute Charter High)," he told Scout.com.

As a junior, Williams rushed for more than 1,500 yards and 16 touchdowns on 230 carries.

Among the schools to offer are Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, Connecticut, Maryland, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Rutgers, South Carolina, Temple, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
