Encino (Calif.) Crespi safety Brandon Arnold (6-1, 190) has two offers, both from the FCS level, but thinks that the spring could net some offers from the FBS.
“My offers are South Dakota and South Dakota State,” said Arnold. “But a lot of schools and coaches said they’re going to be coming by in the spring and I think they could offer me then.”
Arnold said that most of those schools come from the Pac-12.
“I’ve talked with the Oregon State, Oregon, Washington, UCLA and Washington State coaches and they all said they’re going to be coming by to watch me in the spring,” said Arnold. “We’ve been talking a lot and they said they want to come by during spring practice and see how I move, see my acceleration. Most of them like me as a strong safety, so I’m just staying patient.”
Arnold has had a good spring so far, doing well at the NLA Elite 7on7 and the SoCal NFTC.
He’s also planning a few more camps this spring and summer.
“I know I want to do the SC Rising Stars Camp and the Oregon Skills Camp,” said Arnold.
