Wade Holtsclaw, as a defensive player, has great burst into the ball carrier. He also shows the ability to make form tackles.
Holtsclaw broke his ankle last season and spent six games on the bench recovering. But when he was on the field, he was attacking ball-carriers and making big plays for John Hardin. Holtsclaw has the attention for a few schools at this stage.
“I have visited Vanderbilt, Kentucky Eastern Kentucky and Indiana, all last season,” said Holtsclaw. “I have interest in Air Force, Navy, Arkansas State, Murray State, Eastern Kentucky and Austin Peay,” he said.
