San Diego (Calif.) Madison running back Pierre Cormier picked up a new offer on Tuesday and said two schools remain on top.

Pierre Cormier is one of the most dynamic athletes in the region and an elite running back prospect. His recruitment has picked up in recent weeks and a trio of Pac 12 programs have stopped by Madison.

Arizona State, Oregon and USC have come by the school so far,” Cormier said. “USC and Nebraska have called as well and are showing a lot of interest. I also got an offer from Purdue today and I have some interest there for sure.

“I want to do some visits and camps in the summer and I’m still sorting my schedule out. I know I want to visit Arizona and USC but I don’t have anything set in stone yet.”

Cormier said a pair of schools currently stand out for him.

“I’m still feeling UCLA and Arizona,” Cormier said. “I like Boise State as well. I’ve been to UCLA a couple of times already and I really like it there. Arizona is recruiting me hard and I like the offense a lot. My coach thinks I would fit in really well there so they’re high on my list for sure.”
