Penn. QB Commits to Syracuse

Syracuse has offered more than a dozen quarterbacks in the Class of 2013, but Austin Wilson was the first to pull the trigger to the Orange.

Syracuse has been in the market for a quarterback in the Class of 2013 with over a dozen offers out, and it got one to pull the trigger on Sunday afternoon when Austin Wilson pledged to the Orange and took to Twitter soon after.

"Committed to Syracuse... Go Orangeman!!!" said the East Pennsboro (PA) signal-caller.

The 6-foot-3, 205-pounder pounced on his lone BCS offer, though he also held an extension from Eastern Michigan University.

Wilson is the third commitment for Syracuse in the class, joining three-star TE Tyler Provo and Junior College standout DT Wayne Williams.

Scout will have much more on this story as it develops.
