Austin Allen has made up his mind and he has decided to stay home to be a Razorback.

"I just committed to Arkansas," Austin Allen told Scout Monday afternoon.

Allen is a 6-foot-2, 205 pound quarterback out of Fayetteville, Ark. and he decided he wanted to stay at home.

Scout ranks Allen as the number two prospect in the state of Arkansas and the number 17 quarterback in the country.

Scout will have more on this breaking news later.
