4-star WR announces Top 15
Travis Johnson put his name on the recruiting map last season when he caught 48 passes for 653 yards and four scores. He also doubles as a defensive back and had 31 tackles and seven picks. At 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, he's developed into one of the state's premier wide receiver prospects and claims over 40 scholarship offers. On Tuesday, he cut that list way down. "I'm putting my official top 15 schools out there," Johnson said. "Michigan State, Auburn, Mississippi Stare, NC State, UF, Miami, Missouri, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, USF, Vanderbilt, WVU, and Clemson." Johnson plans on taking his visits before announcing his final pick later in the process. "Location, where it's at," he said on what he'll be looking for. "I'm not concerned about how cold it is or if it snows though. I really don't have anything negative things about any schools. I'm just looking for the best fit for me."
