Fresno (Calif.) Central All-American cornerback Tee Shepard, has finally settled on a destination for the fall.

Shepard enrolled at Notre Dame but left early in the spring and returned to Fresno.

Though he looked at a number of schools, all who expressed interest, Shepard will instead go the JC route.

"Tee is enrolling at College of the Sequoias," said former Central assistant coach Fred Zepeda, now the secondary coach at COS.

Shepard plans to enroll and play this season while sitting out the 2013 season.

"He will play this fall and sit out next fall and leave that December (of 2013)," said Zepeda. "He will have three years to play three seasons."

A five-star prospect in the 2012 class, Shepard was the #3-ranked corner in the class and was named to the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl.

Brandon is in his eighth year with and FOXSportsNext, currently as a National Recruiting Analyst and West Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Scout Recruiting Team, he was a team recruiting writer.  He's been covering recruiting for the Scout Network since 2003.
