Weah Talks Badgers Camp

2013 Madison Memorial High receiver Jester Weah talks about camping at in his hometown and what's next inside.

Wide receiver Jester Weah of Memorial High in Madison, Wis., spent three days camping at Wisconsin.

"Camp went very well," Weah said. "Although my team tied in the 7-on-7 championship game, this was by far my favorite camp of the year."

And he learned much more about where he stands with the Badgers while at camp.

"The coaches said I did a really good job and improved each day," Weah said of the three day camping experience. "They said they want to offer but have a small number of guys they can take this year."

He continued, "They said they want to squeeze me in, because they like how I play."

And camp only helped intensify that.

"The receivers coach said he was glad I came to camp," Weah said. "Because I showed more on the field than I did in my highlight tape."

Next up, is just sending out more film, and potentially another camp.

"My coach is going to send my film out to Michigan State," Weah said. "And hopefully they like it." ?He added, "And I might be going to camp at Iowa State in July, but I am not sure yet."
