Duarte (Calif.) linebacker Denzel Talifero has made many stops on the camp and 7on7 circuit, the latest being last weekend's Bonita 7on7 Tournament.
Though Talifero is still awaiting his first offer, the 6'0", 210 lb. prospect is receiving interest from a good number of programs, including Colorado, where he will camp this weekend.
"Coach [Eric] Bieniemy, the offensive coordinator, came up all the way to my school to talk to me, so I felt that was something really good. They just want me to come down and show what I've got," he said.
Talifero is also interested in UCLA, having watched practices for the past few years, and has had strong showings at both the Air Strike Camp and at last weekend's Elite Camp.
"I'm up there as many times as I can. Me and Coach [Jeff] Ulbrich, the linebackers coach, have a real close relationship right now, so hopefully that ends well," he said.
Talifero was also at the Get It Done Sports Training Camp earlier this month, which was held at Fullerton College and instructed by the Oregon State staff.
"They [Oregon State] are looking at me to play more than one position, so I like that. They also want me to play a little bit of safety," he said.
