"It's overwhelming – I don't know what say," he said.
The defensive lineman has had a chance to attend several big-time college camps.
"It has been fun to go to all these camps, "said Tuttle. "I have been to N.C. State, Clemson, North Carolina, Alabama, and I am going to Wake (Forest) on Sunday. My cousin also said something about going to Tennessee towards the end of the summer."
Along with all the schools mentioned above, LSU is also recruiting Tuttle. He also said that he would like to hear from Miami and Florida State. The 6-foot-2, 285-pound defensive tackle has already garnered three scholarship offers.
"North Carolina, Clemson, and Wake Forest have offered me," he said. "Alabama also said they were going to offer me."
Despite all his success, Tuttle has continued to work hard this offseason.
"I have really been working on my footwork – doing drills that will help me at camps – and working to get stronger in the weight room.
Although it is early in the recruiting process, Tuttle already knows some of things that he is looking for in a school.
"I want my family and friends to be able to come watch me play, but I also want what is best for me," he said. I also want to go somewhere that I will graduate. I want to go to a place where I will get better and I want to win."
Tuttle bench presses 275 pounds, squats 340, and runs the 40-yard dash in 5.01 seconds.
