Reuben Foster switched his commitment from Alabama to Auburn on Thursday afternoon.

Reuben Foster is now a Tiger.

Foster said, "At the end of the day, I felt like Auburn University was the best place for me and my family.

"I am 100 percent confident with my final decision. I feel great about my decision, and I'm excited to get started."

The news of Foster flipping to Auburn from Alabama should not come as a real surprise to anyone. He has visited Auburn numerous times in recent months and he told Scout at The Opening last week that he was looking at his options "harder" than he ever has.

Foster is the nation's top linebacker and the No. 2 prospect in the country according to Scout.

Scout will have more on this breaking news as soon as possible.
