“Everything is going really well,” said B.J. Hill. “I have been to camps at North Carolina, N.C. State, and Elon. I felt like I did pretty well at all of them.”
Along with schools above, Hill is also hearing from Virginia Tech. At this time, he really likes two schools.
“I am waiting on my first offer, but right now I really like (North) Carolina and Clemson,” he said
The 6-foot-3,240-pound defensive end plans to visit some college campuses this fall.
“I know I am going to North Carolina and N.C. State,” said Hill. “Both schools have said they really like me and they want to see more of my (game) film.”
Although he still has two full seasons of high school football to play, Hill already knows what he is looking for in a college.
“Academically, I want to major in criminal justice,” he said. “Winning will be the main thing I am looking for in a football program. I want to be around players and coaches that want to win.”
Hill plays both linebacker and defensive end for his high school team, but will likely play exclusively defensive end at the collegiate level. He bench presses 310 pounds, squats 515, and runs the 40-yard dash in 4.9 seconds.
