The Buckeye State is loaded with talented running back prospects in 2003. Columbus (Walnut Ridge) speedster Gary Russell talks about his current favorites.

.
“I don’t have a leader right now. I’m listening to everyone that has an interest in me. I feel I’m a
Marshall Faulk
type running back. I can do it all.
“I plan on attending the
Michigan State
camp this week.”
Russell, a 5-foot-10, 205-pounder, from Columbus (
Ohio
) Walnut Ridge rushed for 1,800 yards and 28 touchdowns in 2002.
Russell was named all-district and all-city as a junior.
