Riser- Aric Burks from Hamilton really has progressed after transferring from Desert Vista. He has changed his body tremendously and looked good in camps this summer. Keep an eye on him.

Up and Comer- I liked what sophomore Caleb Peart from Hamilton did this summer. He took full advantage of the reps he got while Cunningham was out with an injury. Junior Nick Carovillano from Brophy would have been listed here as well but moved out of state.

Sleeper- Few people have talked about Christian Shaver from North Canyon. He was an all-section pick last year as a sophomore and is one of the state’s top throwers in track.
