2013 linebacker Jordan Jackson now has two -- and he talks about his newest offer and summer visits…
More for Jackson
6-foot-1, 230 pound linebacker Jordan Jackson's offer list continues to grow. The rising senior is now up to four schools coming after him. "Indiana State, Eastern Illinois, Western Illinois, Valparaiso and Wofford have offered me," said Jackson. "Southern Illinois, Minnesota, Purdue, Ball State, Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan have been picking up interest in me." Due to scheduling conflicts, the LB has only been able to attend one camp this summer, but he made that one camp count. "I attended Northwestern's camp. They were high on me and want to see some of my senior year footage. It was there that I got my offer from Valparaiso." When it comes to his commitment, don't look for it anytime soon. "I'd like to commit on senior night, but if not then hopefully within two weeks after the season. When it comes to picking a school, the number one thing is great academics. I want to get a great education and my degree. After that is a place where I feel comfortable; the city, the atmosphere, the coaches, stuff like that. And finally, I want to win games. I want to be the become the best that I can be and get exposure." In Jackson's junior season he recorded 70 tackles, 18 for a loss, six sacks, 450 yards in 75 carries with seven rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown.
