Shaquille Fluker has been leaning towards UGA for some time and he made the call the Scott Lakatos today and committed to the Dawgs.

"My decision is in, and it is UGA," Shaquille Fluker told Scout Tuesday afternoon. "I called Coach [Scott] Lakatos and I committed to him."

Georgia has been on top for this 6-foot-1, 205 pound safety out of East Mississippi Community College and he is happy about his future in Athens.

"It feels good to be a Bulldog and I know it is going to be even better when I get there. I will be a part of a good family team that is willing to work hard to accomplish one goal."

Fluker plans to arrive in Athens in January and he will have three years to play two.

Chad Simmons is currently a National Recruiting Analyst for FOX Sports/Scout. He started with Scout in 2003 and then moved on to another Recruiting Service from 2004-2008 before returning to Scout the first of 2009 to become South Recruiting Manager.
