Robert Nkemdiche has been one of the top prospects in the country over the past two years and he is thankful for the tools he has been blessed with.
"It is crazy to know that I am at the top," Nkemdiche told Scout. "God's just doing some incredible things in my life and it is such an honor to be where I am at. I am just going to keep working and back up what the rankings say."
As much as Nkemdiche is talked about in the media, he doesn't let all the praise get to him.
"I mean, the rankings are cool, but I do not play the game to get ranked. I play to win and I play with a great team, and I never knew I was going to be ranked high until is all just popped up. It is not a big deal to me though."
There is so much to like about the 6-foot-4, 275 pound defensive lineman out of Grayson, but what does he think sets him apart?
"I think it is the speed and power along with the pre-game smarts," he said. "I watch film, I have the best high school coaches out there, I stay humble, and I am grounded."
Nkemdiche is committed to Clemson, but he still may take some official visits to other schools. Alabama, LSU, and Ole Miss are possibilities.
Nkemdiche is no. one in Georgia, so who is no. 2-75? Find out here:
