The nation's top outside linebacker, Jaylon Smith, and running back, Ty Isaac, head the preseason Midwest 150 for the class of 2013...

The Midwest 150 has already seen some movement, with a new prospect at the top.

Fort Wayne (Ind.) Bishop Luers outside linebacker Jaylon Smith takes over the top spot in the preseason Midwest 150. The Notre Dame pledge is ranked number out at outside linebacker in the 2013 class.

He swaps spots with Joliet (Ill.) Catholic Academy running back Ty Isaac. The USC commit may be ranked #2 in the Midwest, but he's the #1-ranked running back in this class.

Louisville (Ken.) Trinity receiver James Quick comes in at number three in the region, the same spot he ranks at the receiver position nationally.

Warren (Mich.) De La Salle quarterback Shane Morris is the #4-ranked prospect in the Midwest and the Michigan pledge is ranked #3-nationally at quarterback.

Rounding out the top five in the Midwest 150 is Jalin Marshall, the versatile athlete from Middletown (Ohio).  Marshall, an Ohio State verbal, is ranked as the #5-running back in the country.
