Four-star running back Greg Bryant led the upset of American Heritage over Armwood. Another four…
Cain is a blazer
Running back Greg Bryant isn't the only big play threat for Delray Beach (Fla.) American Heritage High School. Sophomore Desmond Cain is a home run threat. This standout in the Class of 2015 had a few big plays for the Stallions in their 36-28 upset win over top ranked Seffner Armwood on Friday. "Desmond has great speed," said Stacey Sizemore, American Heritage's coach. "This kid can do everything. He can play offense, defense and special teams. He's going to be a heck of a player." Cain, 5-foot-11 and 180-pounds, starts at receiver and returns kickoffs. He scored on a 37-yard catch and run. This play showcased his super speed, where he outraced a fast Armwood defense to the endzone. He also had several long kick returns on the night. "He's already one of our better players and one of our better receivers," Sizemore said. "He has really good hands. This kid can block too. He's tough on defense. Desmond is a kid that really works hard."
