Bounds lines up under center, but he has the versatility and athleticism to help out at a number of positions should he not find the right fit as a quarterback on the college level.
Bounds does a very nice job running the option. He can be a very powerful runner who can run through tackles as well as out run defensive backs in the secondary once he breaks containment.
He is a very physical player who is not afraid to lower his shoulder and deliver a blow on either side of the football.
