Ole Miss Commitment Stats
****RB Peyton Barber and Milton (GA) had a huge win over their
arch rival in Roswell last Friday by the score of 43-13. Peyton turned in his
third rushing performance of over 200 yards in four games when he ran for 263
yards and 2 TDs.
Scout.com's #60 rated tailback has rushed for for 763 rushing yards and 9TDs
in their first four games of action.
The bruising 230-pound back had over 900 rushing yards his sophomore campaign
before breaking his foot in game three his junior season. He missed the remainder
of the '11 campaign.
**RB Mark Dodson and Whitehaven (Tenn) continued their winning
ways last Friday as they defeated Memphis Central 48-0 in district play. Mark
was taken out in the middle of the second quarter to let the subs in and finished
the night with 10 carries for 94 yards and 2 TDs.
Whitehaven is now 6-0 on the season and Scout.com's #43 rated tailback has 135
carries for 1, 202 yards and 11 TD's through.
Last season Mark rushed for over 2, 100 yards and 28 TD's. He was named 1st
Team All-State for his own the field accomplishments.
**QB Devante Kincade and Skyline had a bye last Friday after
suffering their first loss of the season the weekend in week three.
In three games of action kincade has passed for 698 yards/10 TDs and rushed
for 258 yards/4 TDs. The nation's #12 ranked quarterback was a terror on the
field last season as he passed for 3,270 yards and 37 touchdowns while also
chipping in another 857 rushing yards and 17 TDs on his way to All-State honors.
Skyline faces Dallas Jesuit (3-0) tonight.
**Canton (MS) and Daronte Bouldin loss their third game in
a row after getting off to a 2-0 start. The 6' 5", 315-pound Dandy Dozen
offensive tackle has 45 pancakes and 35 crackback blocks through five games.
Canton is 2-3 and faces Yazoo City tonight.
**Gadsden City (AL) and Finesse Middleton defeated Albertville
35-7 in week four. The Ole Miss commit sustained a shoulder stinger in week
three and had to sit out the game. He is expected to return in tonight's contest.
Through three games of action the 6' 0", 250-pound hybrid end has 19 tackles,
8 for losses, 2 sacks, and 1 blocked punt on the season.
Middleton had 45 tackles and 10 sacks as a junior manning the defensive tackle
position. His season was cut short by a foot injury in the middle of the season
but he did return for the playoffs. Middleton is expected to enroll at Ole Miss
in December.
Gadsden (4-0) faces Auburn (4-0) tonight in a match up between the two top ranked
teams in the state of Alabama.
**Champagnat Catholic (Hialeah, FL) and S Charles Williams
defeated Florida Heat 42-0 to run their record to 2-1. Charles is ranked the
#52 rated safety by Scout.com but also doubles as their starting quarterback.
He scored three touchdowns on the night winch was highlighted by a 92 yard kickoff
return.. He has over 500 yards of offense and 5 TD's of offense and 16 tackles
on defense through three games of action.
Last season the 6' 2", 180-pound two-way player had 48 tackles and 4 interceptions
but did most of his damage on the offensive side of the ball as he had over
2,100 yards of offense and 21 TDs.
Champagnat Catholic faces Calvary Christian Academy (2-1) tonight.
**TE Evan Engram and Hillgrove (GA) had a bye this past weekend.
The week before when they faced Marietta Evan had his best game of the season
with 5 catches for 152 yards and 1 TD in the contest. Through three games of
action Scout.com's #22 nationally rated tight end has 12 catches for 320 yards
and 2 TD's.
Last season Engram collected 20 receptions for 500 yards and 6 TDs as a junior.
Hillgrove (1-2) faces Campbell (2-1) tonight.
**Derrick Jones and Eupora ran their record to 5 -1 last Friday
when they defeated Ripley 28-10. The 6' 3", 185-pound receiver had 4 catches
for 101 yards and a 75 yard touchdown in the contest. Through six games of action
Jones has 32 catches for 592 yards and 8TDs. He has also chipped in a 95 yard
kickoff and a 85 yard punt return for touchdowns.
**Grenada (MS) defeated Desoto Central 30-0 last Friday. The Chargers had their
star two-way player Trey Bledsoe return to the field for the
first time this season. He injured his shoulder in the preseason game and missed
the first four games of action. The 6' 3", 180-pounder picked up right
where he left off last year as he caught 6 balls for 125 yards and 2 TDs.
Last season the 6' 2", 190-pound receiver caught 27 passes for 440 yards
and 7 TD's. While manning the safety position he posted 40 tackles and 5 interceptions.

**Ole Miss commits CB Zach
Witchett and Quadarius Mireles
suffered a 21-6 loss to Co-Linn CC last Thursday. Q Mireles
was the star of the offense for Hinds with 8 catches for 115 yards . This brings
his season total to 16 receptions for 254 yards and 3 TDs through four games
of action.
Georgia native Zach Witchett had four tackles against Co-Linn
CC which brings his season total to 16 tackles, 2 for loss, and 1 interception
through four games.
Hinds faces East Central (1-3) Saturday.
**Memphis East had their three game winning streak come to an end last Friday.
MUS defeated them soundly by a score of 35-9. Ole Miss commit Herbert
Moore had 4 tackles and 1 for a loss in the contest. The 6' 2",
320-pound defensive tackle has 35 tackles, 9tackles for losses, 3 sacks, 1 batted
down ball, 3 fumble recoveries, and 1 defensive touchdown on the season through
six games.
Scout.com's #66 rated defensive tackle had 46 tackles and 8 sacks as a junior.
**Colquitt County (GA) and WR/CB Bobby Hill had
a bye last Friday after defeating Carver 33-0 on September 14th to run their
record to 4-1. The 3-Star CB prospect now has 19 catches for 287 yards and 4
TD's through four games of action.
Last season the 6' 0", 165-pound athlete had 13 catches for 278 yards and
6 TD's. On the defensive side of the ball, where he is projected to play at
Ole Miss, he intercepted five passes.
Colquitt County (3-1) faces Lowndes (4-0) tonight.
Jackson Prep defeated Starkville Academy 49-21 without their 4-Star QB. Ryan
Buchanan suffered a deep thigh bruise against Pearl
and sat out the game. He is expected to return tonight to face Presbyterian Christian
in a division match up.
Through five games of action the Dandy Dozen selection is 30-56 for 637 yards
and 10 TD's. He has also rushed for over 100 yards.
**Carver (LA) and RB Eugene
Brazley defeated Wright 52-6 last Thursday. Carver jumped on them
early through Brazley's legs has he had 8 carries for 70 yards and 1receptions
for 34 yards. Through three games of action the slot back has 31 carries for
278 yards and 2 TDs. He also has 6 receptions for 161 yards and 3 TDs.
Last season Eugene was one of the top play makers in the Big Easy as he had
over 1, 800 yards of offense and 24 TD's.
**Byhalia (MS) and OT Davion Johnson
defeated Lewisburg 35-14 to win their third game in a row. Scout.com's #32 rated
offensive tackle had 7pancakes in the game. The Dandy Dozen offensive tackle
has totaled 41 pancake blocks through six games.
Last season the 6' 5", 325-pound left tackle was named 1st Team All-State.
Byhalia (4-2) faces Charleston (5-1) tonight in a huge division showdown.

**WR Dannon
Cavil and Madison (TX) were defeated by Smithson Valley 49-21 last
Friday. The Ole Miss commit had 2 receptions for 136 yards which included a
89-yard TD. In four games of action he now has 12 receptions for 328 yards and
4TDs.
Scout.com's #123 ranked receiver had 27 catches for 565 yards and 8 TD's his
sophomore campaign for Lake Travis (TX). He transferred to Madison after his
sophomore campaign but tore his hamstring and missed the entire regular season
as a junior. He did return for the playoffs and recorded 68 yards receiving
and returned two kickoffs for 110 yards.
Madison (2-2) faces Churchhill (1-3) tonight.
**LB Rashawn Smith and Florence
(AL) defeated Decatur 33-10 last Friday. The recent Ole Miss commit had 7 tackles
and 1 sack in the contest. He also chipped in 2 catches for 46 yards.
Florence (3-1) faces Oxford (2-2) tonight.
