Toledo Central Catholic had a big win over Toledo St. Johns Jesuit to continue their undefeated season on Friday, and senior receiver Michael Anderson played his part, catching a touchdown in the victory.
"I think we played good," the 6'2, 190-lb Anderson said. "We played as a team and executed."
Anderson does not have any offers, but there is one Mid-American Conference program who is in heavy contact.
"I'm hearing from Ball State the most. They write me every week and want me to come up to a game. They haven't [talked about an offer], they just want me up."
An outstanding student, Anderson is also hearing from an Ivy League program.
"I've talked to Princeton, They want me to come to a game, but that's pretty much it."
Anderson is also hearing from several other programs and his recruitment may eventually come down to deciding between an Ivy opportunity and a football offers.
"I think I'd have to talk to my parents," he explained, "but they would love for me to go to an Ivy League school because of the education and the benefits you get after school from going to an Ivy League program."
Anderson said he would likely major in Business and Finance.
