"I committed to Hawaii (Sunday night)," said Miller. "It's pretty awesome."
Miller, who also had an offer from Utah State, cited several reasons for picking the Warriors.
"The opportunity to play early on, the coaching staff, the location and the education the school provides," said Miller.
Miller said the Warrior coaches want him as an inside linebacker.
And when he gave them the news on Sunday, Miller said they were happy to hear it.
"All the coaches seemed pretty excited on the phone," said Miller.
Miller said he'll take his official visit after the season.
