Cameron Echols-Luper (5'11/185) plays all over the field for his Auburn team.
He saw his season come to an end last week, but it wasn't for a lack of effort
on his part. See him in action in this HD presentation.
Cameron Echols-Luper (5'11/185) plays all over the field for his Auburn team. He
lines up at quarterback, defensive back, and return man. He saw his season come
to an end last week against a surging Opelika team, but Echols-Luper made an
impact in every phase of the game.
Echols-Luper is a good high school quarterback, but his future likely lies at
another position. Rated a 3-Star wide receiver by FOX Sports Next, Echols-Luper
shined at the receiver position during the spring and summer camp circuit, and
he is a standout defensive back on his high school team.
Playing all over the field, Echols-Luper has very good field vision and calmly
swats away passes when he's playing defensive back. He has a good break on the
ball and his agility is evident when he's playing quarterback and scrambling.
Echols-Luper is committed to play college football for the Texas A&M Aggies.
Here is a look at him in action from last week's game against Opelika on
11/23/12.
