"I have offers from Hawaii, BYU, Nevada, Arizona, and Washington. I've narrowed it down to BYU and Hawaii, the schools that are closest to home. I'm kind of mama's boy, and I want my family to be able to come watch me play," he said.
With that in mind, the 6-foot, 210-pound prospect has made his visit plans.
"I'm visiting Hawaii this weekend and the following week I'll go to BYU," he said.
Wily plans to wait until National Signing Day to make his decision, but looks forward to contributing to his future team's offense.
"My biggest skill on the field is running smash mouth football, running the ball. I injured my ankle during junior season, so I had to play with it that year. This season, I had no injuries, so it was really good," he said.
