Demarre Kitt is currently the 27th ranked wide out prospect in America and for good reason. The 6'1 193-pound playmaker and great size, speed and strength. Scout.com caught up with Kitt for the latest.
"Trips I have coming up are Tennessee, Auburn, Clemson, Oregon, Texas and Ohio State. I am looking for something different and a team that can throw the ball. My strength is my route running, cutting ability and hands. Weakness is strength and I want to improve my speed."
Scout.com Stat Tracker:
2012 Note: Selected to play in the RisingSeniors.com Junior All-Star Bowl.
2012: 74 receptions, 1,235 yards, and 11 touchdowns receiving. He also had a punt return for a touchdown.
2011: 42 receptions for 651 yards and 10 touchdowns receiving. He also had a punt return for a touchdown.
Kitt is a play-maker at wide receiver. He can get down field and make a big catch or he can catch a short pass, and take it to the house. He is very tough to slow down off the line of scrimmage because of his quickness and strength. He has a very strong frame and he can catch balls in traffic well. Like most, Kitt can still improve his route running. He can sink his hips better and sell his routes better, but that will come. - Chad Simmons
