Scales Having A Big Week
Tegray Scales is one of the hottest prospects in Ohio and the Cincinnati Colerain linebacker added another BCS offer Thursday. Scales, 6-foot-1, 210-pounds, picked up an offer from Indiana following a visit to the school. "I was offered by Indiana today, and this is big for me," Scales stated. "Having an offer from a Big Ten school means a lot and I appreciate the school believing in me. I really enjoyed my visit there, and Indiana will be high on my list no matter who else might offer." "We watched practice today and then met with the coaches afterwards," he added. "They had a scrimmage today, and I spent a lot of time watching the linebackers. I like the system they run on defense, and I could see myself fitting in with their defense. The coaches treated me great and really made me feel at home. I'm going to go back there before my season starts." The Indiana offer is number-three for Scales, following Louisville and Western Michigan. He will be visiting Clemson this Friday. "I'm very excited to see Clemson this weekend," he admitted. "That's a big-time program, and I would love to have that offer. Things are heating up for me right now, and I'd like to schedule more visits in the next few weeks." "I'm listening to other schools," he continued. "I'm going to visit Louisville in the next few weeks, and I'm looking forward to getting down there to see the campus."
