IRVING, Texas -- A number of major targets are scheduled to throw at the prestigious quarterback camp to be held at the Dallas Cowboys’ practice facility. Top Class of 2014 performers will earn a spot in the final Elite 11 event this summer.

This year the Regional DFW Elite 11 Camp stop will feature the top three rated hurlers in the Midlands Region.

Jerrod Heard, a 6-foot-2, 180-pounder from Denton (Tx.) Guyer High, Texas commit, sits atop of that list as the current No. 1. He led his team to State Title as a junior in 2012.

David Cornwell, a 6-foot-5, 215-pounder from Norman (Okla.) North High has offers from all over the country. He was one of the top performers at the Army Combine.

Justice Hansen, a 6-foot-3, 190-pounder from Edmond (Okla.) Santa Fe High has recently narrowed his focus to offers from Oklahoma and Texas A&M. He is a savvy player who can beat you with his arm or on the ground.

Coming in from out of state is Manny Wilkins, a 6-foot-3, 185-pounder from Novato (Cali.) San Marin High. Wilkins is already rated as 4-star prospect, the No. 15 QB nationally. He has offers from Arizona and Utah State with some other majors showing interest.

Foster Sawyer, a 6-foot-5, 205-pounder from Fort Worth (Tx.) All Saints High has become one of the more heavily recruited players in the country, sporting offers from schools like Alabama, Arizona State, Oklahoma State and TCU.

Grayson Muehlstein, a 6-foot-4, 202-pounder from Decatur (Tx.) High will pass the eye ball test as quickly as any prospect in the country. He is looking to build off of some already strong performances at camps and combines. He is committed to TCU.

Rafe Peavey, the top rated arm from the ‘Show Me State’ is set to attend. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder from Bolivar (Mo.) High is making the camp for the second year in a row. He is committed to Arkansas and has been steadily adding other BCS offers to his list.

Brandon Harris, a 6-foot-3, 195-pounder from Bossier City (La.) Parkway High has been shooting up recruiting lists everywhere and is the odds on favorite to be the top rated guy in his state. He has offers from schools like Arkansas, Arizona State, Tennessee, Nebraska and North Carolina.

SMU commit Darrell Colbert, a 5-foot-10, 165-pounder helped lead Houston (Tx.) Lamar High to the 5A State Championship game. Do not let his size fool you. He can throw the football with the best of them.

Jabe Burgess (Greenwood, Ark.), David Blough (Carrollton Creekview, Texas), Zach Cripps (Clear Springs, Texas), Cody Ennis (SA Madison, Texas), Bear Fenimore (Austin Westwood, Texas), Jarrett Hildreth (Clear Creek, Texas), Ronald Monroe (Houston Bush, Texas), Aaron Sharp (Summer Creek, Texas), are some of the other registered 2014 campers who are already gaining accolades and serious recruiting attention already.
