Palisade (Colo.) athlete Jack Millard (6-2, 190), is looking to land his first offer.
“I’ve talked to Wyoming and Cal Poly is an option and I’ve talked to Harvard,” said Millard. “My dad is sending out my highlight film.”
Millard’s dad is former NFL All-Pro Keith Millard, now an assistant with the Tennessee Titans.
Washington State, where his father played, is also a school that Millard is interested in.
“Washington State would be a really good school to play at,” said Millard.
San Diego State, Colorado State, Colorado and Oregon State are all showing interest in Millard.
“Coach (Jamar) Cain is the one recruiting me at Wyoming and he recruited and coached my brother (Johnny) at Cal Poly,” said Millard. “Right now, I’m open to all of my options.”
Millard said he plans a bunch of camps, including Oregon, Oregon State and Washington State as possible destinations and some in California.
Academically, he has a 3.1 and will take the ACT this month.
“I want to stay on the West Coast, so that would be nice to mainly play out West,” said Millard.
