Southern Utah jumped on Dallas House early in the recruiting process but the 6-foot-3, 240-pound defensive end prospect might have more attention coming to him.
“I talk with San Diego State a lot,” House said. “It’s going good with them and I get some letters from Washington, Boise State and Arizona.”
Playing in Temecula, California, House says exposure is crucial in the recruiting process so he is attending as many camps as possible this off-season to get his name out there.
“I’m going to the FBU (Football University) camp this weekend,” he said. “It’s a three day camp full of drills, fundamentals and classroom work. I just want to prove even though I play at a small school I’m capable of playing anywhere.
I’m also going to the Boise State camp in June.”
Hopefully, House says, his hard work will pay off with some more offers soon.
“San Jose State is coming to my school so they seem interested,” he said. “I just have to keep working hard and I know I’ll get that first big offer.”
Below is House’s junior highlight tape.
