Jeffries can play plays both running back and linebacker for his high school, but does not have a preference at the next level.
"I'll play wherever the coaches want me to play," said the 6-foot, 215-pound Jeffries. "I just want to help the team win."
As for visits, Jeffries said he was going to take trips to Old Dominion and Clemson in the near future.
The Williams standout has a busy summer planned.
"I'm going to camps at Clemson, Duke, N.C. State – maybe South Carolina – and I'm going to see if my parents will let me go to LSU," Jeffries said.
Jeffries has high goals for his senior season.
"We have a lot of returning letterman coming back this season and most of our key players are coming back also," he said. "If we just work hard in the weight room and work on the little things – we should be good this year."
Last season on offense, Jeffries rushed for 1,028 yards and 21 touchdowns. Defensively, he had 96 tackles. During his sophomore season, playing only defense, Jeffries had 144 tackles.
