Portland (Ore.) Central Catholic outside linebacker Ryan Nall has a pair of Big Sky offers, while several FBS schools are coming by this spring to check him out.
Portland State, where his older brother Jacob plays, and Northern Colorado, have both offered the 6-3, 227-pounder.
“I’m getting a lot of letters from schools like Arizona State and Colorado State and I’m interested in Oregon State, Oregon, Cal and UCLA,” said Nall. “There are some schools coming by this spring to see us so we’ll see what happens.”
Nall is being recruited primarily as an outside linebacker, but he’s open to playing running back in college.
“Playing running back intrigues me and I’d love play on both sides of the ball,” said Nall.
Nall said that he nearly committed to Portland State, but wanted to wait a little longer.
“I’ve thought about committing to Portland State and I know I would play there,” said Nall. “And I would love to play with my brother again.”
This summer, Nall plans to camp at Oregon State, Washington, Arizona State and Washington State and the Barton Showcase in June.
A 3.5 student, Nall will take the SAT in May.
